Founder & Managing Director

Tiffany Missiha is the Founder and Managing Director of Aurumfield.

A global management consultant, executive leadership advisor, and business psychologist by background, Tiffany partners with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 firms to elevate the quality of leadership that underpins strategy execution, thereby de-risking their biggest growth and transformation investments.

Throughout her consulting career, Tiffany has designed and facilitated global programs across EMEA, Asia, the UK and North America on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational change. As a certified Executive Coach (CPCC) and high-performance specialist, she is routinely called on to help leaders navigate the human complexities behind today’s most critical business challenges, putting her at the center of today’s most pressing leadership discussions and debates.

Prior to founding the business, Tiffany held senior consulting roles at Korn Ferry, a global, top tier management consulting firm, and a boutique London-based consultancy focused on Strategy Execution through Executive Team Effectiveness. She’s worked across industries including Technology, Consumer Retail, Financial Services including Banking, Private Equity and Investment Management, Professional Services and Healthcare.

Prior to consulting, Tiffany held roles in higher education and healthcare, researching and applying the science of Optimal Human Functioning to clinical and research settings. Known for bridging behavioural science with real-world application, she brings clarity and practical insight to every conversation.

Tiffany holds a BSc Honours in Psychology and Physiology from the University of Toronto, Canada, and a MSc Psychology from the University of East London, United Kingdom. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), trained with the Co-Active Training Institute and accredited by the International Coach Federation.
